Mr. James K. Glassman is currently a contributing editor for Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine. Mr. Glassman is a nationally known conservative editorial writer, journalist and long-term optimist regarding the American financial system. Mr. Glassman is also well known for his 1999 book "Dow 36,000", where he incorrectly predicted the Dow Jones would rise to 36,000 as he believed stocks were severely undervalued. In 2000, he founded the online opinion journal, TCSDaily.com, which focuses on hi-tech and public policy. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Glassman was a columnist for the Scripps Howard News Service.
