Maurice DeVoe is the operations manager for Cumulus Broadcasting's Kansas City cluster -- which includes KCHZ-FM, KMJK-FM, KCFX-FM, KCJK-FM, KCMO-AM, and KCMO-FM. He is also the program director for KCHZ.[CR-LF][CR-LF]DeVoe began his career as an intern at WUSL-FM in Philadelphia. In 1997, he joined WPGC-FM in Washington, DC as assistant program director and music director. In 1999, he became the program director of Radio One station Philly 103.9 JAMZ (WPHI-FM), where his responsibilities included providing the leadership and direction for the programming department, selection and evaluation of on-air personalities, determining what music was played on the air, and all other matters that impacted what was heard on-air. In January 2002, Devoe joined the KMJK.[CR-LF][CR-LF]DeVoe earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from East Stroudsburg University and is a native of Philadelphia.
