Abisinia, El Cua, is a coffee-growing community in the Department of Jinotega in Nicaragua. Residents of Abisinia, where the Ruben Dar?o School is located, have limited access to the basic resources that many of us take for granted, such as safe drinking water and electricity. As a company that celebrates our origins, we strive to help support quality education in Hispanic communities. So, we?ve teamed up with the non-profit Seeds for Progress Foundation to improve the Ruben Dar?o School?s infrastructure, access to technology and teacher training. Caf? Bustelo? has donated $100,000 to help fund the improvements.
