Mr. Dick Trammel is a columnist for Celebrate Arkansas.[CR-LF][CR-LF]He is one of 19 people on The Northwest Arkansas Community Foundation Board of Directors'.[CR-LF][CR-LF]He is a resident of Rogers, Arkansas and is referred to as "Mr. Northwest Arkansas." He currently serves on the boards of the North Arkansas Symphony, Ozark Natural Science Center, the U of A's Campaign for the 21st Century, and the Arkansas Arts Council, among others. [CR-LF][CR-LF]In 2002, he was selected as the Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year by the northwest Arkansas Chapter of the Association of Fundraiser Professionals. He also received the ?Hero of a Lifetime? award from the northwest Arkansas chapter of the American Red Cross, at its 3rd Annual Celebration of Heroes in 2005. He has a scholarship fund for Northwest Arkansas Community College.
