Mary Jo Pugh became the magazine's editor on Jan. 1, 2006.[CR-LF][CR-LF]She has been a fellow of the Society of American Archivists (SAA) since 1992. She wrote "The Illusion of Omniscience: Subject Access and the Reference Archivist," which received SAA?s 1983 Fellows? Ernst Posner Award.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Ms. Pugh was previously a supervisory archivist of the Historic Documents Department at San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park. She has also served as a consulting archivist to the Smithsonian Institution, the Eugene O?Neill Foundation, and Bank of America. She taught archival administration at the University of Michigan, the University of California Berkeley, Emporia State University - Denver, and the Western Archives Institute.
