Mary Knox covers financial services, with a specialty in logical architecture and data standards. Her research interests include data architecture, infrastructure and management of data warehousing, data quality, XML and related industry standards, including Web services and data support for the real-time-enterprise. Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Knox was a research manager with Mentis, where she led research on a wide range of financial services technology issues. Ms. Knox has also served as an analyst in the banking equipment division of Trans Data and as an institutional research analyst at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania.
