Mr. Bowser Verified

Bowser is an editor of the Delaware Employment Law Letter. He was the chair of the Delaware State Bar Association Section on Labor & Employment Law and was a guest of Forbes Radio on the topic of outsourcing. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Bowser has written dozens of articles on labor and employment law. He received the governors Volunteer of the Year Award in 2000, the Roxana Arsht Beacon Award and the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center Community Service Award in 2002. He is a founder of the Candle Lighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Delaware. [CR-LF]Bowser has vast experience in representing employers in collective bargaining and administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Delaware Department of Labor and other government agencies. Bowser received his B.A degree from the University of Delaware with honors in 1979.
