Brussels Finest. We?ve been fueling independent caf?s and coffee enthusiasts since 2019. Started by Rutger & Senina in rue de Flandre, we source a wide variety of the finest specialty coffee lots. Expertly roasted in Brussels and released on one of our Series. From Big & Bold to Wild & Funk. Each Series represents a specific taste profile and hosts different seasonal microlots throughout the year. In 2022 we reconverted our original premise into our Brew Lab ; a shop and tasting atelier in the Brussels city centre. Staffed by our baristas & roasters, this is the place to try our full line up. We?ll serve you an excellent brew of whatever you like and help with any - coffee related - question. The Brew Lab features a private, fully equipped training atelier. We provide professional training to wholesale customers but also organize group workshops. More info soon.
