ISC-CX and Qualimetrie ensure the health of their CX Evaluators through new Healthy-Pass App

Posted 06 Jun-2020 01:03 PM by shipley | 619

The market research company ISC-CX, in collaboration with the French market research company Qualimetrie, are the first companies in the CX industry to launch an app that ensures that their service evaluators are healthy when they enter a client's stores. This not only protects the employees and the other customers at the stores but also contributes significantly to further curbing Covid-19.

Healthy-Pass is a mobile app that allows users to keep their health status up to date. The advantage of the app is that you not only protect yourself and other users but are proactively assessing your own health to identify any possible infection at an early stage.

If a service evaluator from ISC-CX or Qualimetrie wants to accept a service check assignment in a store, he or she must first confirm via the app that they have no Covid-19 symptoms and have not been in contact with any person at risk. This action protects the client's employees and customers. The app is also available to other companies to use at their workplaces as the Healthy-Pass can ensure that only healthy people enter a company's building. This is achieved simply by scanning a QR code at the entrance.

The two market research companies are the first in their industry to ensure that their service evaluators are perfectly healthy when performing assignments for clients. "We see it as our responsibility to protect our clients and their employees in the best possible way," says Reinhold Auer, CEO of ISC-CX, "and the positive feedback prompted us to make Healthy-Pass accessible to other companies."

"I am sure that Healthy-Pass will soon become an integral part of the French market, added Emeric Bayart, CEO of Qualimetrie.

"Hopefully we can prevent a second lockdown together, because this would be fatal for the economy and trade," the two agree.
