Mr. Zhang Verified

Xiao-Fei Zhang a senior research analyst for IDC's Worldwide Services Research Group. He is responsible for supporting, developing and growing IDC's Worldwide Quarterly Services Tracker, and the Services Contracts database research offerings. [CR-LF][CR-LF]While pursuing his MBA, Zhang was a research intern with the Worldwide Services Group. In this capacity he helped manage the Services Contracts database by tracking contracts and estimating values, which led to improved research quality, client renewals, and generating new account wins. In addition, Zhang conducted extensive data-mining and analysis for the IT and business outsourcing markets, and co-authored The Worldwide Top 100 Outsourcing Deals of 2003.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Prior to joining IDC, Zhang worked at both Oracle and the Asian Wall Street Journal. He also served as a research consultant for CellExchange, Forum Systems, and e21 Corp, conducting research in mobile technology, Web Services Security, and other IT related industries.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Zhang earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston University College of Science and Arts. He then received a Masters of Arts in Journalism from the University of California at Berkeley and finally his Master of Business Administration from Boston University.
