As a Senior Research Analyst Barb Ryan is responsible for managing the research activities for Energy Insights' Customer Insights product line. She has more than twelve years of experience in conducting and managing market research for the energy industry. Her areas of qualification include project management, study design, questionnaire design, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and report writing for utility and non-utility clients. She has conducted research on such topics as billing and pricing programs, website self-service, demand response, energy efficiency, customer demographics, energy education, market potential of new products, and segmentation.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Prior to joining EPRI Solutions' Market Intelligence division (formerly Primen and now part of Energy Insights), Ryan worked in market research at Hagler Bailly, Inc where she conducted analysis on primary and secondary data. She also designed surveys for a variety of methodologies including on-site, central site, telephone, mail, conjoint, and mixed-mode surveys.
