Harry Martin is a technical consultant to Radio Magazine and also a contributor to Broadcast Engineering magazine. He is a member of the law firm, Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth and the president of the Federal Communications Bar Association. A former treasurer and secretary for the latter, he also co-chaired its Adjudicatory Practice Committee, Professional Responsibility Committee, Judicial Practice Committee, Mass Media Practice Committee and Continuing Legal Education Committee. He was on the board of directors of the University of Virginia. He graduated with honors from George Washington University with a degree in Law.
