Simona Macellari specializes in Pan European research and advisory projects for capital markets, wealth management, and insurance. [CR-LF][CR-LF]She comes to Financial Insights after working as a manager for Practice Finance within IDC's consulting division. Before joining IDC, Macellari worked as a strategic marketing consultant for several IT companies in Italy, where she identified and conducted acquisitions of companies in South America and the Far East, and she worked as a broker in London.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Macellari previously spoke at several industry conferences. She is also a frequent lecturer at Bocconi University in Milan about electronic banking and finance. [CR-LF][CR-LF]She holds a university degree in law, majoring in economic law, from the University of Perugia; an MBA in information systems from SDA Bocconi in Milan; and a post degree diploma in export-trade.
