Chris Lupien is a general assignment reporter for WLEX-TV. He got his start in television by volunteering as a sports producer and anchor at his college television station, WSIU-WUSI-TV. Lupien was a part time reporter at WPSD-TV, the NBC affiliate in Paducah, Ky., working in their Southern Illinois Bureau. Next, he jumped across the market to WSIL-TV, the ABC affiliate, for his first full time gig. Before coming to LEX 18, he worked at WAND-TV, the ABC affiliate in Decatur, Ill. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Lupien is a graduate of Southern Illinois University's Radio Television program.[CR-LF][CR-LF]He enjoys playing and collecting guitars, listening to music, and going to concerts. Lupien also loves to read, travel, play golf, run and shop.[CR-LF][CR-LF]He is married.
