Stephen Loynd examines business and IT services companies that compete in the dynamic global CRM services market. He also engages in client-centric business consulting while contributing to the development of the program through sales activities and research planning involving IT services companies and Business Process Outsourcing service providers. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Prior to joining IDC, Mr. Loynd worked in sales and marketing for Sakon, a privately-held telecommunications subsidiary of the Titan Corporation. He also has a background in international trade, having spent four years as the regional director for Europe at the Massachusetts Trade Office. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Mr. Loynd holds a masters degree in International Relations, with concentrations in Economics and European Studies, from Johns Hopkins University, the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). He received his bachelor?s degree from Colby College.
