Mr. Light Verified

Donald Light is a senior analyst in Celent's insurance group in San Francisco. Mr. Light's current research focuses on "claims, underwriting and policy administration, reinsurance, product life cycle management, business process and rules solutions, and accounting." [CR-LF][CR-LF]Prior to joining Celent, Mr. Light was a consultant with Sapient and in his own firm, Donald Light Consulting, where he advised senior managers at major insurers and other financial institutions. He has also been a research associate at the Allstate Insurance Research and Planning Center. [CR-LF][CR-LF]His research and consulting focus includes: pricing and underwriting, product development/speed to market, network infrastructure, claims technology strategy, compliance, business process management and business rules engines, and reinsurance technology. He is a CPCU and has served as Chair of the National Society's Research Committee.
