Jerry Lambert is a veteran anchor who hits the streets every day reporting on the people and issues affecting Springfield. He's been with NewsChannel 20 since 1995.Lambert started his broadcast career in 1974 during an army assignment in Italy. He worked briefly as a radio DJ, eventually moving into AFRTS-TV. He worked at KMOL in San Antonio, Texas from 1981-1983, at WTHR Channel-13 in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1987, at WTTV Channel-4 in Indianapolis from 1990-1991, and at WTVT Channel-13 in Tampa, Florida from 1992-1995. Lambert 's hobbies are running, including one marathon and over 75 shorter races. Lambert is a Butler University Graduate.
