Bill Kutik is considered the leading independent analyst of the HR technology marketplace, with specialties in HCM, electronic recruiting, outsourcing and talent management. He has been technology columnist for Human Resource Executive? since 1990, also serving as co-chairman of the magazine's annual trade show, HR Technology Conference & Exhibition? since its inception in 1998.
