Kris Kridel is a co-anchor and co-reporter for the "Noon Business Hour" on WBBM-AM. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Previously, Ms. Kridel worked for WFYR in Chicago as a reporter, anchor, and news director. She has also taught broadcast journalism at Loyola University. [CR-LF][CR-LF]She received the National Headliner Award in 1991, and several awards for best reporter, feature, newscast. and documentary from The Associated Press and United Press International. Her writing and reporting were featured in Ted White's 1993 book, "Broadcast Newswriting and Reporting."[CR-LF][CR-LF]She attended Ohio State University where she received her Master's in journalism.
