Scott Horsley is a business correspondent for National Public Radio whose reporting airs on Morning Edition, All Things Considered, Weekend Edition, and NPR newscasts. He covers general economic issues, emphasizing energy and technology. Recent work by Horsley covered the collapse of Enron and its subsequent effects on the economy. He also covered the Pentagon for two months.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Before joining NPR in 2001, Scott was a reporter for KPBS-FM, where he received a Public Radio News Directors' award for coverage of the California energy crisis. Horsley also worked as a reporter for WUSF-FM in Tampa, Florida, and as a news writer and reporter for commercial radio stations in Boston, Massachusettes and Concord, New Hampshire. In 1987 Scott began his career as a production assistant for National Public Radio in Washington.
