Ms. Gensler Verified

Before she began her editing duties at Culinary Concierge, Kendall Gensler worked as a chef on a private yacht for the CFO of a top 10 Fortune 500 company. She was also the director of sales and marketing for the Culinary Academy of New Orleans and a consultant for Paris Gourmet Patisfrance. Gensler entered into the publishing arena as the editor of Crescent City Collection, A Taste of New Orleans, which was recognized as a national winner in the 2000 Tabasco Community Cookbook Awards. As an ambassador of the culinary current, she founded Culinary Concierge Magazine. Her work as a food stylist was recently featured in the Tweezer Times. Last year, Gensler was recognized by the City of New Orleans as a Leading Woman in Business, underwritten by U.S. Agencies and Intercom Communications. She received a diploma from Le Cordon Bleu Cooking School and attended Johnson and Wales University for continuing culinary education.
