Jim Dunaway is currently the one of the hosts of "Dunaway and Brown" on WAPI-FM in Birmingham, Ala. He is also the lead sports anchor at CBS 42 in Birmingham.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Dunaway joined Ryan Brown to host the "Dunaway and Brown" show in 2005. Dunaway started his television broadcasting career at NBC 13 in October 1991 as a sports reporter. Dunaway was also the host of the Mike Shula show on NBC 13, seen each Sunday during college football season, and he was heard weekly on the Rick & Bubba Radio Network with his award-winning "Sports In My Shorts" Segment. He has covered the 1992 National Championship Season for Alabama, The World Series, and 11 straight Daytona 500 NASCAR Events, to name a few of his highlights. He has also served as sideline reporter and studio host for the now-defunct XFL Birmingham Thunderbolts. Dunaway worked in Lexington, Ky. at NBC affiliate WLEX before coming to Birmingham.
