Kimberly Collins is a research vice president for Gartner, Inc. She concentrates on the management, analysis and application of customer information within retail banking, including Customer Information Management and Application (CIMA) in financial services.[CR-LF] [CR-LF]Her prior experience on financial services IT research included measuring and creating incentives for branch performance, PC/Internet banking, community banking trends, retail delivery strategies for the top 20 North American banks, general trends in the financial services industry and solutions for ATM environments. [CR-LF][CR-LF]She has held two postdoctoral appointments, one at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and one at Duke University. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Ms. Collins holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina in development psychology and received her Ph.D from Indiana University in developmental psychology.
