David Broder is a national political correspondent and columnist for the Washington Post Writers Group. Before he joined the Post, he worked at the New York Times, The Washington Star, and Congressional Quarterly. He is a regular commentator on CNN's Inside Politics, NBC's Meet the Press, and PBS TV's Washington Week in Review.
