Chris Berman is the host and anchor of SportsCenter and NFL Primetime on ESPN. He began his broadcasting career as a student at Brown University in mid-1970s. In 1986, while working for ESPN, he provided daily weekday sports commentaries for KFRC Radio in San Francisco and in 1987 for WFAN Radio in New York. Mr. Berman won CableACE awards in 1990, 1992, 1994 and 1996 for cable's best sports host. He is also a winner of seven Emmy awards. In 2004 he was inducted into the American Football League Hall of Fame. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Brown University in 1977.
