Rebecca Swensen is a Research Analyst in IDC's Voice over IP Services Group. In this position, Swensen monitors the adoption of VoIP services in the Consumer and Enterprise sectors including service provider strategies, and end-user requirements. She also contributes to IDC's VOIP and SOIP market sizing and forecast model, and also tracks the emergence of converged solutions including embedded communications applications as well as VOIP 2.0 technologies and services.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Prior to joining IDC, Swensen worked as a Business Analyst for Tyco Healthcare.
