Russ Novak has 30 years experience in the areas of corporate general management, strategic planning, project management and all phases of plant management, operations, and support activities. He also served in a consultancy capacity and has experience in business development and client relations.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Novak has been with ARC since 1998. Prior to ARC he served as President & Managing Director of a privately owned consulting firm serving the Process, Energy, & Utility industries. He directed EPC activities including project development & management on a turnkey basis. Novak also had bottom line responsibility serving as a General Manager for an independent integrated oil company. With Pennzoil, his responsibilities included corporate projects development and implementation, developing strategic initiatives, planning and technical services. His career also included positions as a Division and refinery manager, as well as earlier posts as operations manager, maintenance superintendent, QC manager, and engineering positions in both the chemical & OG industries.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Novak is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and has done graduate work at the University of Pittsburgh in the MBA and Computer Science programs.
