Richard Matlus is in Gartner's IT Sourcing and Services group that is responsible for research on consultants, system integrators and outsource providers. Mr. Matlus concentrates on helping clients with contract negotiations, the development of service levels, sourcing decisions and infrastructure outsourcing.
