Darryl Lewis rejoined KTVF-TV in 2005. He was first with the station in 1997 as a reporter and director and hosted the Public Affairs show "Perspective." He left in 2001 and worked the next four years as the News Director for the CBS/Fox affiliates in Fairbanks. [CR-LF][CR-LF]He received a Best News Story award from the Alaska Broadcasters Association in 2002. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Lewis is a member of the NAACP and has been the recipient of numerous Community Service Awards. [CR-LF][CR-LF]He is the father of a son and daughter. [CR-LF] [CR-LF]Lewis is from Columbus, Ohio. He graduated from University of Alaska Fairbanks with a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism. He also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Journalism/Newswriting from Antelope Valley Community College.
