Mark Koenig is a business and technology consultant with more than 20 years of public and private sector experience. He is a recognized subject matter expert on process redesign and packaged business application deployment, with deep knowledge of eProcurement, enterprise resource planning (ERP) and enterprise application integration (EAI). He has written numerous articles and is a frequent speaker at industry events. He is a contributing consultant to the firm's utility computing, packaged application and BPO practices.
