Mark Johnson anchors the news for KTVB-TV. He also hosts Viewpoint, covering local government and politics, and state government and politics. He returned to the station in 1996, and was promoted to main anchor in 2003.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Johnson previously served as a sportscaster for WISN-TV. He anchored the Nightly Sports for WTAE-TV in Pittsburgh in 1995.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Johnson is married. He and his wife have two sets of twin daughters. Outside of work he keeps active in the community by volunteering at The Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers - Big Sisters, United Cerebral Palsy, United Way, Salvation Army, Special Olympics, D.A.R.E. and Taft Elementary.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Johnson holds a 1978 degree in Radio-TV-Film from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
