John Holt is a sports reporter and anchor on Eyewitness News weekends at 6, 6:30 and 11 p.m. He also reports for Sports Sunday at 11:15 p.m. following Eyewitness News. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Holt came to Channel 3 in 1999, winning his first Emmy that year from the New England chapter Emmy Awards. In 2007, he won another Emmy Award for On Camera Talent in the sports reporter division. Also in 2007, the Connecticut chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists honored him for his story "102-Year-Old Sox Fan Throws First Pitch." Holt graduated from Syracuse University in 1994.
