Dana Gould is a senior research analyst of Payments. His coverage areas include retail and wholesale payments, emerging payment technologies, cross-border payments, outsourcing, insourcing, and offshoring, as well as legal and regulatory issues. His more than 30 years of experience allow him to better advise financial institutions and financial technology providers on strategic operational issues including; payments capture and clearing management, analysis of product and program profitability, management of conversion processes and best practices for streamlining operational functions to enhance customer service.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Prior to joining Financial Insights, Gould most recently supported the Association for Work Process Improvement (TAWPI) and provided strategic and management oversight for the Payments Capture and Clearing Council and the Forms Processing Council. Dana has worked for numerous financial institutions specifically in operations including: Citibank, Bank of New England, The Landmark Bank, Independent Bank and Trust Company, and the Arab National Bank. He received a B.A. from the University of Connecticut in Political Science and completed course work at Rutgers University.
