print, radio and tv. Regularly work for
France 24 and Euronews. Back in the Netherlands after a decade abroad,
including 2 years as a presenter and journalist at France 24 English in Paris
and 5 years as a freelance correspondent based in Beirut, Lebanon.
Having seen the Syrian refugee crisis develop first hand
when I was based in Lebanon between 2011-2015, I now continue to cover the
refugee crisis in Europe. I have
reported extensively from the Middle East as well a along the entire Balkan
route and Calais.
