Dr. Harvey M. Cramer, MD, is the senior associate editor for Modern Pathology. Following a rotating internship, he trained in Anatomic Pathology at McGill University and the University of Toronto. Following residency training, Dr. Cramer completed fellowships in cytopathology at UCLA and at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. In 1991, following four years at the University of Western Ontario, he joined the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Dr. Cramer received his MD from the University of Manitoba.
