Craig Symons is the Vice President and a Principal Analyst of Forrester's IT Management research team and covers human capital management (HCM), organizational design and development, and IT as a business. At Digital Equipment, Mr. Symons managed a consulting business unit dedicated to the financial services industry, and at Citibank, he managed an applications development group in the finance division. Mr. Symons started his career as a developer of real-time communications software.
