Janet Suleski brings over 10 years of experience working with retailers and software vendors to her role as a senior research analyst at AMR Research. She is responsible for research and analysis on IT and business trends and practices in the retail market. She is dedicated to conducting and authoring research that yields detailed vendor evaluations in key retail software segments, including enterprise retail suites, customer loyalty applications, and product lifecycle management.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Prior to her current role at AMR Research, Ms. Suleski focused her research and analysis on inventory optimization, point-of-sale software, fresh item management, and Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR). She also studied retail trading exchanges and supply chain event management.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Before joining AMR Research in 1997, she worked as a research analyst at Benchmarking Partners, Inc., the company that conceived and developed CPFR prototypes. She has also held several positions at Boston-area software application firms.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Ms. Suleski earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in marketing and business strategy from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. She holds a B.S. in applied economics and business management from Cornell University.
