Rick Stacy joined XM Satellite Radio, now Sirius XM, in March 2006 as program director for 80s on 8. He joined XM after working for Hot AC WNEW-FM in New York City. Rick Stacy has been in radio as a host and program director since the early 1980s, and he has successful changed the business fortunes of many radio stations after taking over their programming. He was named Large Market Morning Personality of the Year by Billboard in 1983.
