Jose Somalo is the editor of the Hoy en Delaware, a Hispanic interest paper. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Mr. Somalo and his wife have been running the paper since it's debut in 1996. He started the paper due to a lack of information for Hispanics stating, "I wanted to have my own business and I saw a big need in this area for news for Hispanics."[CR-LF][CR-LF]He is also the business advisor for the University of Delaware Small Business Development Center.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Mr. Somalo came to the United States from Spain to study economics, and ended up staying. He has a communications degree from the University of Mexico City.
