As a research director for AMR Research's Quantitative Research Service, Fenella Sirkisoon is responsible for conducting quantitative market research, which includes designing questionnaires and samples, conducting field interviews and surveys, and performing statistical analysis of research data and reports.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Sirkisoon has written extensively over the past five years about trends in IT spending, specifically in the manufacturing and services industries among mid-size and large organizations.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Prior to joining AMR Research, Sirkisoon worked as a senior research analyst for Urban and Associates, where she was responsible for all phases of research studies for publishers of American and international newspapers. She also worked in senior research positions for Odyssey Ventures, Atlantic Marketing Research and Macro International, now a part of Opinion Research Corporation. Many business and technology publications have published IT spending research by Sirkisoon.[CR-LF][CR-LF]Sirkisoon volunteers for Project Bread and the MS Society.
