Bridget Schultz has been a member of the 5NEWS family for the past 11 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television and Film with a minor in journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi. She began her news career as a production assistant, and later a reporter and anchor for WHLT-TV in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, where she worked from 1989-1992. [CR-LF][CR-LF]She emcees the Muscular Dystrophy Telethon each Labor Day on 5NEWS. Schultz is also a member of the public relations committee for the Ozark affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. She is a former member of the boards of both the Red Cross and the Lincoln Day Care Center in Fort Smith. [CR-LF][CR-LF]She was honored with the Readers?
