Navi Radjou is a member of Forrester's Enterprise Applications research team. Mr. Radjou investigates how globalized innovation ? with the rise of India and China as both a source and market for tech innovations ? is driving new market structures and business processes. He also covers collaborative technologies, such as product life-cycle management (PLM), that help firms market new products and services more rapidly and cost effectively.[CR-LF][CR-LF]From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Radjou served as Forrester's lead supply chain analyst ? advising manufacturers around the world on issues related to product development, supply chain, and customer service. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Mr. Radjou has had wide exposure in national and international media, including The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, BusinessWeek, and Business 2.0. He is a frequent speaker to senior executive groups and has spoken at conferences organized by the Supply Chain Council, the Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), the Milken Institute, Harvard University, and MIT. Mr. Radjou's columns and articles have appeared in trade publications like Supply Chain Management Review and academic journals like Cranfield University's Supply Chain Practice. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Mr. Radjou was named by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine as one of the "Pros to Know," honoring an elite group of professionals who have excelled in improving the use of supply chain technology and practices within user companies. Mr. Radjou received the award for introducing the term "Adaptive Supply Networks (ASN)," which describes "sense-and-respond" supply chains that are event-driven, real-world-aware, and self-regulating.[CR-LF] [CR-LF]Prior to joining Forrester, Mr. Radjou worked as an IT consultant in Asia. In Singapore, as a consultant to the National Computer Board, he contributed to the launch of its Center for Strategic Process Innovation. In Thailand, for the Ministry of Science, he built an intranet system that was recognized in 1998 by the Smithsonian Institution as a best example of technological innovation and given a place in its permanent research collection. Before he came to Asia, Mr. Radjou worked as a development analyst at IBM's Toronto Software Lab.[CR-LF] [CR-LF]Mr. Radjou holds undergraduate degrees in computer science from the University of Paris and CNAM-Paris and an M.S. in information systems from Ecole Centrale Paris. Mr. Radjou also attended the Yale School of Management.
