Christine Spivey Overby heads a team researching many different forms of marketing, social computing, Web 2.0 and RSS. Her individual research focus is primarily on general interactive marketing trends. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Ms. Overby has advanced much since joining Forrester Research in 1998. Prior to leading Forrester's CPG research, she was an analyst on the eBusiness Organization & Services team at Forrester. She began her career at Forrester as a research associate in Forrester's Software Strategies group. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Ms. Overby also worked for the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Her research was cited in many publications, including The Wall Street Journal, The Globe and Mail, The Boston Globe, and Fortune. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Loyola University.
