Connie Moore is a vice president and research director of Forrester's Information Delivery research group, concentrating on business process management and workflow software, information and knowledge management, and all aspects of enterprise content management.[CR-LF] [CR-LF]Ms. Moore came to Forrester through its acquisition of Giga Information Group. She has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry and had been with Giga since it began in 1995. Prior to joining Giga, Ms. Moore managed BIS Strategic Decisions' European IT Consulting Group, headquartered in the United Kingdom. Before joining BIS, Ms. Moore was vice president of product marketing at TDC (now part of BancTec), a manufacturer of high-end document capture systems. She also was a manager with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Earlier, Ms. Moore was with Wang Laboratories.She began her career in IT and management at Mathematica Policy Research. [CR-LF] [CR-LF]Ms. Moore holds a B.A. in political science and history from East Carolina University and an M.B.A. in information systems from George Washington University.
