Mr. Juday Verified

Dave Juday is an eight-year veteran of the Chicago radio scene, he currently serves as afternoon drive sports anchor for ESPN 1000. He is also the station's beat reporter for Notre Dame football, as well as the author of espnradio1000.com's Notre Dame Notebook. He has co-hosted the LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon Show for the past three years and also hosted ESPN 1000's play-by-play coverage of the Chicago Marathon from 2002-04. Juday is a three-time Best Sportscaster finalist for the Chicago AIR Awards and is a fill-in talk show co-host on the weekends.[CR-LF]Mr. Juday worked for a year and a half at WNDE-AM 1260 in Indianapolis. While at WNDE, he served as morning drive and midday sports anchor, as well as the beat reporter for the Indianapolis Colts. He also hosted and produced Colts Weekly and Pacers Weekly. In early 1996, he left WNDE to join WMVP-AM 1000 in Chicago. He was also a fill-in co-host for SportsLine, a nightly talk show. Juday grew up in LaGrange Park and attended Lyons Township High School. He served as sports director of the school's radio station, WLTL-FM. He and his wife Theresa currently reside in southwest suburban Bolingbrook. They have a three year old daughter, Tia, and a new daughter Calleigh. He graduated from Butler University in 1994.
