David Foote has a long history as an industry analyst tracking, analyzing, and reporting on IT and business management practices and IT workforce trends and issues, as an IT compensation research innovator, and as a management consultant to governments and corporations worldwide. In his current role as co-founder, CEO and Chief Research Officer, he leads a senior team of experienced former McKinsey & Company, Gartner, META Group, and Towers Perrin analysts and consultants, and former HR, IT, and business executives, in advising governments and corporations worldwide on increasing performance and managing IT's impact on their businesses and customers.
