Since joining Gartner in 1999, Don Dixon has focused on providing insight into the market dynamics that drive the input and output spaces. Mr. Dixon's research provides vendor market share, market sizing, forecast, trends analysis, buying patterns and all factors influencing the output markets. He is based in Port Chester, N.Y. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Mr. Dixon has more than 20 years of experience in IT, specializing in output technologies, including copier, fax, multifunction (MFP) and printing products and processes, as well as training development, training process improvement, curriculum development and field support benchmark processes. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Dixon served as manager of the Curriculum Development Department of Ricoh Corporation's Service Education Division. Before joining Ricoh, he worked for Canon USA in several technical and supervisory positions.
