Lantz Croft is currently the assistant news director for WBRC-TV. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Most recently, Mr. Croft served as the assignment manager for the station. He was previously an Emmy award-winning anchor and reporter who has covered stories on the Persian Gulf War and the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. He was also the military affairs correspondent for WAVY-TV in Norfolk, Va., and the weekend anchor and political reporter for WILX-TV in Lansing, Mich. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Mr. Croft has also served as a news and sports anchor and reporter for WDZZ-FM radio in Flint, Mich. He has reported from France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean on drug patrol with the Coast Guard. Mr. Croft has received more than 75 journalistic and community service awards.
