Frank Camacho is an anchor for "Good Evening Arizona Weekends" and "Arizona Tonight Weekends" at KTVK-TV. He also serves as a general assignment reporter with News Channel 3. [CR-LF][CR-LF]He previously worked as a community development manager for the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce before joining KTVK-TV. Camacho also spent seven years employed as a Phoenix police dispatcher. His first television news position was at the Phoenix independent station, KPHO-TV. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Camacho initially found employment in Phoenix at KRUX-FM, but he transferred to do news at KQXE-AM. Later, he returned to an all-news station, joining KTAR-AM. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Camacho served on the board of directors of the National Association of Television Arts and Sciences. He was also on the board of directors of the Catholic Life Productions. His experience produced several Arizona Press Club awards. [CR-LF][CR-LF]Camacho majored in mass communications with an emphasis on radio at Phoenix College.
