Terrence L. Barnich is the chairman and president of New Paradigm Resources Group (NPRG).[CR-LF][CR-LF]Prior to NPRG, Barnich served as Chairman and Commissioner of the Illinois public utility regulatory body, the Illinois Commerce Commission, from October 1989 through November 1993. He was also the Legal Counsel to Governor James R. Thompson from April 1984 until his appointment to the Commission. Prior to his government service, Barnich was in the private practice of law in Chicago.
